The Encinitas Theatre Consortium is a non profit umbrella organization founded in 2008 by Judith Montague to support and enhance the performing arts in Encinitas. ETC sponsors the Encinitas Readers Theatre, the Silent Film Festival as well as an original One Act Play Festival.
